The scriptures are melting

My roommate and I like to write messages to each other on the mirror in our bathroom with whiteboard markers. Usually it's funny quotes, reminders, or just to say hi kinda things. On the middle mirror (there are three medicine cabinet mirrors) we write out scriptures that have caught our attention, we change it up a few times a month depending on how much we like the scripture.

Well, this morning I woke up and got in the shower. When I got out and looked at the mirror this is what I saw:

Now, I'm quite certain that it was not like before I got into the shower. It has never done that before - heck the only time I've ever seen something like this is when the "very blustery night turned into a very rainy night" in The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and the rain ran down the pages of the book. I was quite shocked to see it. I laughed really hard and then proceeded to write my roommate a message stating that I didn't do it...at least I didn't think I had :)

Emmy-Sue turns 1!

In honor of her 7-11 birthday, Becca made Emily a Slurpee cake!

I'm not sure if Emily quite got the humor of it, but we sure did :)

Jason loved the blue frosting

Shelly liked the red

And Emmy-Sue just got messy with what ever we gave her.

Happy Birthday Emily!

Playing with Uncle Nate and Uncle Doug

I can't decide who's having more fun, Nate and Doug or Lizzie and Grace. Either way, they sure do enjoy running around the house laughing!

The many faces of Gracie-Facie

If you can remember way back to last year, Robby and Jenny moved their family to New Zealand. Well, they moved back to the States! They're staying at Mom and Dad's while they find a car and get things figured out to move to Colorado Springs where Robby will run a clinic all by himself (Robby in charge...scary!). Lizzie and Grace are adorable and I've loved getting to spend time with them. Gracie loves to try scare me. Here's a series of pictures of one such adventure:

After she would growl at me and I'd react, she would just laugh! It was too cute! Isn't she just adorable??! I'm so happy that they are back in the States and I can more easily visit them.
